Recovering our ancestral rhythms of wellness

I will sit with you in the difficulty of personal and collective trauma. By integrating body safety, land-connection and expression, we restore the somatic pathways that words alone cannot carry.

Trauma-responsive and culturally inclusive, Ámham reaches beyond standard clinical approaches to honour Two-Eyed Seeing and multiple ways of knowing. Our work includes attention to the body, nervous system, ancestral memory, culture, relationship and lived experience. Alanah is trained in Somatic Experiencing, IFS and Indigenous Focusing-Oriented Therapy, offering an approach that is grounded, relational and responsive to the whole person.

True recovery is not a destination but a relational rhythm we recover together. Healing often unfolds through relationship, connection to land, attentive presence and creative expression.

Culturally grounded therapy for adults, parents, and families. We move beyond sterile clinical frameworks to sit with the complexity of your personal healing.

Connected, creative, experiential workshops and professional development for communities and helping professionals. We often gather in natural spaces to foster collective resilience, connection, growth, learning and creative expression.
